The latest addition to our production facility is the Tekni Cut Go water-jet cutting system from Biesse — a globally recognised manufacturer of advanced industrial machinery. Replacing an older machine, this investment delivers improved accuracy, operational efficiency and production capacity.

Water-jet cutting plays a vital role in Bluemay Weston’s ability to manufacture high-quality non-metallic components where clean edges, tight tolerances and material integrity are critical.

Using a high-pressure stream of water rather than heat, the process avoids thermal distortion, making it ideal for materials that are sensitive to melting, burning or deformation.
