Our CNC-controlled travelling-head press allows us to cut product from material in a roll or in sheet form.
It is ideally suited for foams and solid rubbers as well as thinner plastics and fibre materials.
The material is fed through the machine on a cutting belt and can have an adhesive backing applied in advance.
With a cutting head size of 500mm x 500mm we utilize knife edged cutters to either produce a single large component or use multi impression tooling for a smaller component.
Also, the cutting head rotates which helps to ensure that the yield from the material is as high as possible.
