We have a huge bank of tooling from which we manufacture washers and spacers in many thousands of size permutations and in many differing materials, including with adhesive backing. The breadth and grades of material types from which we manufacture is expanding continuously. Common materials specified by customers include nylon, fibre, foam, PTFE, polyester, silicone, PEEK, SRBF, PVC, Melinex, polyurethane, Presspahn, acetal, nitrile, neoprene , Nylatron, polypropylene and many more.
Sizes commonly include Imperial, metric and BSP as well as a range of DIN125 washers.
