Minimising contamination of any sort
Our dedicated clean area is primarily set up for the production of cap liners, gaskets and seals. The complete process from manufacture to packing takes place in an environment designed to minimise contamination of any sort.
The production machines allow for the rapid manufacturing of a wide size range of components: discs, seals and more complex profiles . Laminating stations allow adhesive to be applied to the material during the production process, negating any delay when offering self adhesive backed parts.
Once manufactured the components can be supplied loose packed in carefully labelled boxes, with large print labels an option to allow parts to be easily identified when in storage at a high level. Alternatively, liners up to 40mm O/D can be roll packed in paper wraps.
Larger liners can be supplied in polythene tubes. This allows our customers' auto feed machines to be refilled swiftly, cleanly and with minimal wastage. Our bespoke roll packing equipment allows for rapid consistent packaging, again being carried out in the dedicated clean area.
